missingWrote a review on 22 Novhospitable staffdirty towelsunpleasant shower
The staff were hospitable and helpful.
Unfortunately, we faced several challenges during our stay. The shower didn’t drain properly, and we ended up standing in water during our showers. Additionally, there were two floor cushions that were very dirty, which made the room feel uninviting. The towels looked dingy, and there was nowhere to conveniently place our suitcases other than the floor, which felt inconvenient.

This lovely riad is a hidden gem within the chaos of Marrakech! The unique blend of original Moroccan decor and modern amenities creates a stunning ambiance. Enjoying freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast while taking in views of the Atlas mountains was simply divine. Plus, the staff, especially Samira and Rashid, were exceptionally accommodating, showing us the best local spots and ensuring our stay was carefree.

The charming ambiance offers both tranquility and a perfect escape from the city, with a beautiful courtyard ideal for relaxation. The breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh jams that added a special touch. Additionally, the staff were consistently friendly, ready to assist with our needs, making the experience much more enjoyable. However, some areas could use an upgrade, and the availability of certain amenities was inconsistent, which detracted slightly from the experience.

Couples looking for tranquility
The staff here are very nice especially one lady who helped us get a cooking class and even booked a Hammam for us which was just magical. The breakfast on the roof overlooking the mountains was one of the best parts of our morning, so fresh and just perfectly made with love.
It wasn't exactly a budget deal but worth every penny for the experience we had.
